Description

Alhaya Group are looking for a Receptionist with outstanding administrative and communication skills. A Receptionist is expected to be a sharp and conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock and keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR.
  • Handling administrative requests and queries.
  • Perform other related duties.

Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service oriented.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions and attention to detail.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Willing to join immediately.

Alhaya Tourism (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Receptionist in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have entry level qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require receptionist, communication skills, time management, environment, receiving, front desk, front office, administrative support, verbal communication, communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
