Description

Responsibilities:
Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit.
Follow-up with existing database of prospects to close deals.
Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams.
Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.
Must have’s:
Minimum 5 years of Technical B2C Sales experience
Having strong knowledge in construction industry would be an advantage.
Should be a Native Arab Syrian, Lebanese or Palestinians only
5 plus years experience in a sales or business development role with construction or building materials company.
Skills: Negotiation, Need/value identification, Self-motivation, Relationship-building, Market Knowledge,
Brand building.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential.
Salary 8-10k AED monthly - negotiable

The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require sales, business development, technical, construction, negotiation, brand building, communication skills, english mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 8k to 10k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
