Office Location: Silicon Oasis- Dubai

• Contact potential /Targeted customers by phone / Walking to achieve new Business
• Attend meetings close sales through face-to-face interaction with customers anywhere in UAE/GCC.
• listen carefully and ask questions to understand customer requirements to offer suitable products and service
• Prepare and present sales proposals, offer suitable service and product, explain its benefits and features.
• Enter and update customer data base, Lead generation (from Street pictures, advertisements, Referrals, social media and internets)
• Prepare estimates, do follow-ups and effective negotiation to achieve business deals
• Contact existing customers to upsell and get feedback references for new business.
• Responsible for customer service support, documentation, contracts, Subscription renewals and timely payment

Skills and requirements:

• To succeed as an outside sales representative, you must undergo training and orientation (one to two weeks).
• Ultimately, an exceptional outside salesperson should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
• UAE Driving license, with knowledge of UAE Companies and locations
• Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
• English Language is must, Hindi & Arabic speaking an added advantage)
• Fast leaner and must have an ability to learn new technologies and products how to use effectively
• Basic computer knowledge to handle CRM, Social medias and emails.
• Must be a target driven person. (Must to achieve a minimum target)
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
• Preferred Field: Relevant Industry / Similar experience
