Description

We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in premium property sales and leasing. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team to ensure high performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and partnerships.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations in the UAE.
• Monitor team performance through (KPIs), prepares sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills in sales techniques and client management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of (5) years of experience in real estate sales, with at least (2) years in a managerial role in Dubai or the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office applications and real estate portals.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

ERE Homes is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Sales Manager (Real Estate) in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require real estate sales, business growth, networking, lead generation, senior management, client management, marketing, leadership skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
