About the Role
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue. This role requires strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and adept at identifying business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and engage potential clients (brands, agencies, businesses) needing digital media solutions.

Develop customized media sales strategies aligned with client needs.

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.

Conduct market research to spot opportunities and trends.

Generate leads via networking, cold calls, and strategic outreach.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.

Act as the main point of contact, offering strategic media advice and support.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.

Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot campaign issues.

Revenue & Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Track and report revenue performance and pipeline progress.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and media packages.

Collaborate with finance and management to optimize revenue streams.

Media Strategy & Coordination
Work with creative and marketing teams on digital media campaigns.

Provide strategic insights on ad placements, audience targeting, and engagement.

Stay updated on digital trends, social media algorithms, and new technologies.

Reporting & Market Analysis
Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems.

Deliver periodic reports on market insights and competitor strategies.

Suggest data-driven improvements to sales approaches.

Other Competencies & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.

2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in digital media, advertising, or marketing.

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Technical & Sales Skills
Strong knowledge of digital media, advertising, and marketing solutions.

Experience with media sales platforms, programmatic advertising, and social media marketing tools.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to execute effective sales strategies.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
