Description

We are Hiring for Senior CDP for a Palace in Ras al Khiamah 

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Senior CDP in a high volume, fast pace, Quality hotel or private household. 

• Passion for food - someone who enjoys the process of food preparation and creating menus 

• Capable of cooking a vast array of dishes from various cuisines.  

• Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes. (HACCP)  

•  Basic mathematical skills necessary to understand recipes, measurements, requisition amounts and portion sizes. 

• Ability to read, write and understand the English language in order to complete requisitions, read recipes and communicates with other employees and managers.  

•  Perform all necessary tasks to accommodate excellent performance according to the Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP).  

• Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. 

Male or Female who is well rounded in cooking food of a very high standard.  

Candidate should preferably not be from the following nationalities (Indian and Philipino) only due to wanting a Diverse Team of Chefs.
