Description

Responsibilities:

• Establish a detailed UAE market customer database, market sizing, and competitor positioning.

• Follow and report on major customer and competitor moves and news.

• Follow and report on market prices; growth rates etc. ….

• Segment markets to best understand the target segment BCI is best positioned to serve.

• Introduce the Company to target customers and routes to market.

• Understand customer technical requirements and current product specifications.

• Follow up on technical qualification process at customers in coordination with the Technical Manager including getting competitor liquid samples; foamed samples; data sheets and processing conditions.

• Schedule regular customer visits and have an in-depth understanding of customers’ business model.

• Manage existing accounts to secure target volumes and met/developed.

• Communicate prices with customers and negotiate to finalize orders (offer to P/I)

• Provide basic technical support to customer and use company technical visit reports format to report to Lab on technical requirements or issues.

• Manage customer claims in coordination with the Technical manager and the Senior Sales manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the chemical industry with a coatings background

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
