Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Server/Waiter to provide exceptional service to our guests in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a polite and welcoming manner.

Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.

Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude.

Process payments and maintain accurate records of orders.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, including hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Assist in the overall operations of the dining area as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server, waiter, or in a similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus).

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
