Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Expertise and Solution Design
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our IT and AI products and services.
Prepare detailed technical proposals, including solution architectures, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
Provide technical guidance and expertise during the proposal development phase.
2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
Act as a technical liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal technical teams.
Conduct discovery sessions to gather customer requirements.
Address technical inquiries and concerns from clients and provide timely and accurate responses.
3. Sales Support and Enablement
Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by providing technical assistance throughout the sales cycle.
Participate in customer meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote our solutions.
Create technical content for promotional materials and campaigns.
4. Product and Market Knowledge
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT and AI.
Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and how it addresses various business challenges.
Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market trends.
5. Training and Enablement
Conduct training sessions for sales and technical teams to enhance their understanding of our solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and solution briefs.
Mentor and support junior pre-sales consultants in developing their technical and customer engagement skills.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role, preferably in the AI industry or IT.
Proven experience in designing and presenting complex technical solutions.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and AI technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI frameworks.
Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, and automation solutions.
Proficiency in technical writing and the ability to create detailed technical proposals.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
