Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, coordinate meetings, and assist with general office management to ensure smooth workflow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Assist with data entry, billing, and expense tracking.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure office operations comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
