Job Description:
As a Real Estate Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of real estate agents driving their success, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your role will be instrumental in setting targets and motivating your team to reach and exceed these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, action plans, and marketing initiatives to drive team performance.
Sales Target: Set clear sales targets for your team and work collaboratively to ensure they are achieved.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-notch service and client satisfaction.
Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor individual and team performance, offering guidance and support to maximize sales.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Compliance: Ensure that all team activities and transactions comply with legal and company regulations.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance for management (CEO).
Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years in leadership or team management roles. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
