Description

We are seeking an experienced dedicated and professional Female Secretary cum Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office management
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
  • Liaise with various departments and external clients when needed
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage ( not mandatory )
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred .
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Secretary cum Receptionist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
